Terms governing text messages sent by Bridge Purchasing Inc dba iQPay for benefit cards funded by Medicaid 1115 Health-Related Social Needs (HRSN) waivers and similar program-specific benefits—including food, nutrition, diaper, maternity, WIC, and other program-specific benefit cards—and related program support.
These SMS Terms govern text messages sent by Bridge Purchasing Inc dba iQPay (“iQPay,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) related to benefit cards funded by Medicaid 1115 Health-Related Social Needs (HRSN) waivers and similar program-specific benefits—including food, nutrition, diaper, maternity, WIC, and other program-specific benefit cards—and related program support.
Program Description
iQPay sends service and informational text messages about benefit cards funded by Medicaid 1115 Health-Related Social Needs (HRSN) waivers and similar program-specific benefits—including food, nutrition, diaper, maternity, WIC, and other program-specific benefit cards—delivered via a closed-loop restricted-spend payment network. Messages may include card issuance, delivery, activation, replacement, support, account or program notices, and related documents.
iQPay does not use this SMS program for marketing or promotional messages unless separately disclosed and consented to.
Consent
You may receive iQPay text messages only if you have provided consent. Consent may be collected directly by iQPay or by a partner organization, such as a health plan, community-based organization, higher education institution, healthcare provider, digital health company, or care delivery service, using consent language that identifies iQPay and explains the message purpose.
For partner-administered programs, the partner organization may collect consent through a web form, application, intake process, case management workflow, customer service call, or one-on-one phone conversation. The partner organization maintains its own consent records and may provide iQPay with confirmation that consent was obtained. When iQPay collects consent directly, iQPay maintains its own consent record.
Consent to receive text messages is optional and is not required to receive benefits. Alternative communication methods may be available.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your program, card status, support needs, and account activity.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Text messaging may not be available from all carriers or on all mobile devices.
Opt Out
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any iQPay text message. After you reply STOP, we may send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After that, you will not receive additional text messages from that texting program unless you opt in again.

Delivery
iQPay and wireless carriers do not guarantee message delivery or timing. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
iQPay does not sell, rent, buy, or share SMS opt-in data or consent records with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. SMS consent information is used only to provide and support the messaging program, deliver messages, maintain opt-out records, comply with law, work with messaging service providers, and document consent when required.
