What were your primary goals when you signed up to use the iQpay platform?

The goal was to find an easy way to provide solutions to our community partners. These partners want to provide produce, healthy foods, or supplies to their participants and have asked us how to do this effectively and iQpay is a perfect fit for it.

What has your team said about iQpay's ease of use and functionality?

It's been extremely easy to use. The two main positives people mention are the customization opportunities and the customer service. Firstly, the ability to create a fully customized APL tailored to the specific needs of a program and its participants is highly attractive to our partners. We have standard options like produce or guiding stars, but the customization aspect is a major draw. Secondly, the customer service from the iQpay team is outstanding. They respond quickly and go above and beyond to solve issues and connect the necessary dots to implement programs immediately.

What advice would you give someone considering iQpay?

I would say, just do it. Give it a try. Do a pilot. Do a demo. Try it out for yourself. The team has always been extremely willing to distribute a test card for someone on the fence or who does not understand how it works. They can run a demo or provide a test card. The customer service is truly exemplary. I think you'll be pleasantly surprised if you're not sure what to expect. It's very easy to use and very accessible, and the team makes it all very straightforward.

What impact are you looking forward to accomplishing with iQpay?

We're really excited to work with everyone from community-based organizations to healthcare providers, food banks, schools, and diabetes prevention programs. This is just taking it one step further in being a solution center for groups looking to provide people with healthy food. That's really what it's all about and what our goal is. We're excited to partner with iQpay as an avenue for achieving just that.

So just in general, how has the partnership been with iQpay so far?

The relationship has been great. Everyone on the team has been very innovative and interested in figuring out new things. We've asked for advice, resources, demos, test cards, and problem-solving support, and they have always delivered and followed through. I get the sense that they are looking for partners, not just customers.
